At Sustainably Yours, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions.
- Returns
1.1 Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for return.
1.2 Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at engage@sustainablyyours.in with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Refunds
2.1 Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 40 days.
2.2 Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at engage@sustainablyyours.in
- Exchanges
3.1 Eligibility:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at engage@sustainablyyours.in with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
3.2 Process:
To initiate an exchange, follow the return process outlined above. Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you the replacement item.
- Shipping
4.1 Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4.2 Shipping Time:
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
- Non-Returnable Items
